  1. All sales final; no returns.
  2. We are NOT able to reserve floor samples.
  3. All floor samples are sold "as is" and may show some wear and tear from display. Please request a condition report prior to purchasing.
  4. Additional photos may be available upon request. 
  5. Manufacturer finish samples may be available in the showroom for reference.
  6. We may have fabric swatches available to send if the fabric is still an active product with that manufacturer.
